Dear Ladies,

Come and celebrate International Women’s Day with a special sauna event dedicated to self-love. Self-love means consciously accepting yourself as you are – with all your strengths and imperfections. It means being kind to yourself, respecting your needs and boundaries, and caring for your body as attentively as you care for your mind. The ceremony we have prepared for you will help you create more space for self-love in your life.

When: Saturday, March 8, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Price: 600 CZK per person (including entry to the Sauna World and sheet rental)

Program

10:30 AM – Welcome and brief introduction to the theme of the day – self-love as conscious self-care
Application of a nourishing oil blend to the hair with the scent of lavender and geranium, supporting relaxation, feminine balance, and a sense of acceptance.
Followed by the option of gentle warming in a low-temperature sauna to softly open the body.

11:00 AM – Floral Relaxation Ceremony
A gentle, harmonizing ceremony with floral notes of jasmine, palmarosa, and a combination of ylang-ylang and lavender – designed to release tension, reconnect you with yourself, and strengthen a positive body experience.
The ceremony is followed by gradual cooling and quiet relaxation.

11:30 AM – Gentle Scrub in the Steam Bath
A sugar-salt scrub with rose petals, olive oil, and a delicate floral fragrance (rose/geranium, lavender). A ritual supporting self-care, body acceptance, softness, and skin nourishment.

12:00 PM – Final Ceremony: Kindness to Yourself
A ceremony focused on the senses, breath, and inner calm. We begin with music relaxation and a floral cleansing ritual using fine salt scented with geranium and palmarosa. In the next round, the sauna stones will be infused with a dried lavender extract to evoke a feeling of safety and relaxation. The final round will scent the sauna with non-contact birch whisks and chamomile for a harmonious closing of the ceremony.

12:30 PM – Final Relaxation: Allow Yourself to Be
Relaxation on loungers with a face mask (yogurt, honey, and a drop of lavender hydrosol). Accompanied by soft music and natural sounds – a space just for being, breathing, and gratitude.

News: Water recycling saves up to 75% of consumption by the swimming pool and Sauna World

We newly launched an advanced water recycling technology that can reuse up to 75% of wastewater from filtration. Thanks to several stages of purification and reverse osmosis, the water is freed from impurities, chlorine and odours and returned to circulation after disinfection. We are saving not only water and costs, but also the environment.
