


Aqua Aerobics
Aqua aerobics is a workout in water aimed at increasing physical fitness, weight reduction and shaping the body. The water resistance increases the workout intensity and massages the muscles. When exercising, the joints are protected and it also has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system. A beneficial effect on the musculoskeletal system is also noticeable. A lesson lasts 55 minutes.
Aqua aerobics classes can be booked in our booking system here. The maximum capacity for one lesson is 30 attendees. Payment for individual admissions for a lesson can always be made up to 45 minutes before the start. Classes can be attended individually or you can purchase a discounted season card. The number of lanes for exercise is determined by the lifeguard based on the number of attendees.
