
Group Workout
A wide range of classes in the form of exercise lessons from strengthening to shaping to meditation, all under the supervision of experienced instructors, guarantees you a varied choice and finding the most effective and most suitable group workout for you.
AE BODY
A combination of an aerobic workout and training with equipment – rubber bands, small dumbbells and overballs to strengthen all muscles. We focus on the correct performance of strengthening exercises so that they are in line with new scientific knowledge, we respect individual differences between clients, we try to strengthen weakened and stretch shortened muscles and develop the potential of clients’ own bodies for the benefit of their health and overall well-being.
Body
A workout that includes simple choreography that involves strengthening all parts of the body in the first half of the class. The class focuses on strengthening and shaping mainly the abdomen, buttocks and thighs in the second part. A Body workout helps to improve physical fitness, strengthen and shape all parts of the body and the final stretching is an integral part of the class.
Pilates Institute
A programme aimed at strengthening the body’s deep stabilisation system based on scientific research by doctors and physiotherapists. What is characteristic is emphasis on accuracy of execution, increasing flexibility and endurance, using the mind to better understand one’s own body. It is one way of preventive rehabilitation with the aim of restoring healthy body posture and creating new movement habits that enable free movement without excessive muscle tension. Suitable for all those who suffer from musculoskeletal pain.
Aerobic Mix
An aerobic workout at a higher heart rate (emphasis is placed on strengthening the cardiovascular system and also on breaking down subcutaneous fat, then strengthening all major muscles) - dance choreography combined with strengthening exercises. Equipment used: rubber bands, dumbbells, overballs, therabands, large balls, steppers.
P-Class
P-class is a slower aerobic workout aimed at strengthening, in particular, the problem areas of the abdomen, buttocks and thighs. It does not include any complicated routines or high aerobics (jumps) and always ends with stretching. P-class is a suitable workout for beginners.
Yoga
The word yoga is derived from the word “yuj”. The meaning of this word can be loosely translated as “union”. When you practice yoga, you work with your body (in the form of stretching in different positions). In addition, working with your breath and mind is important. With proper practice, there should be relaxation, inner peace and harmonisation of the whole body. The aim of the workout is to relax as much as possible, not to be distracted by your mind.
Medical Workout for Seniors
This programme is specifically for the older generation and focuses on stretching and relaxing the muscles of the entire body. The workout is intended for people who, even at an advanced age, find that movement brings joy and puts them in a good mood. The workout uses aids (fitness balls, overballs, rubber bands).
Abdomen and Buttocks Lessons
The lessons focus on strengthening and firming the abdominal muscles and buttocks. We incorporate leg and arm strengthening into the workout using light and medium intensity exercise equipment. The lessons are suitable for beginners and advanced students. The lessons begin with a light warm-up (cardio) and then continue with the strengthening part. The lessons are always structured differently, so they are not always the same.
The aim of the lessons is to strengthen the abdominal muscles and buttocks.
Compensatory Workout
The lessons are aimed at everybody. These are relaxation, stretching and light strengthening forms that help and correct flabby muscles, muscle imbalances and incorrect body posture, as well as relaxing muscles. A lesson starts with light stretching, followed by a workout using exercise equipment (balls, strengthening rubber bands, ...). During the lessons, we focus on correct breathing, endurance during exercises, balance and relaxation.
Problem Areas
The lessons are focused on improving overall fitness and strengthening the entire body, including the core and the deep stabilisation system. During a lesson, in addition to exercises using your own body weight, we also use various aids (dumbbells, bars, balls and rubber bands). At the end of a lesson there are exercises to deepen the mobility of joints and proper stretching of all muscle groups.
Conditioning Workout
This is an interval workout (work/rest) and the timing is adapted to the needs of the majority. During a lesson, we work only with our own weight and focus on the whole body. We start from the legs, move through the abdomen and end with the arms. At the end of a lesson we stretch together. A whole lesson is accompanied by music.
